This twin motor stand mixer has patented technology. One electric motor powers the two spinning mixing blades and another turns the mixing bowl. The 380w motor has ten speed settings with two speed settings on the bowl motor. The stainless steel mixing bowl is ejected at the push of a button and is easy to clean. The highlight of this product though is the fact that the top part detaches so it can be used as a stand alone hand mixer. This versatile food mixer is ideal for the discerning home chef. It has a maximum capacity of two liters or 1kg.
